; unrecognized and untreated sleep apnea can lead to high blood pressure, heart problems, and even stroke. If you think you might have it, please treat it seriously.

Ralph and Jim discuss a growing trend. A significant number of biological adults want to remain kids. They dress like teens, play with tiny action figures, play video games, and pursue various anti-aging regimes. Is this a sign of pathology?
The infant, the schoolboy, the lover, the soldier, the justice, the pantaloon, and old age
Shakespeare's 'Seven Ages of Man' captures some universal human experiences, albeit not all facets of today's complex societal norms. It may not fully reflect the diversity and fluidity of life paths in the contemporary world.
The seeming arrested development of kidultism could, in fact, be helpful and healthy.
Kidulting is trending because we need childhood activities. Activities that are a counterweight to the demands that are becoming increasingly overwhelming.
People are demonstrating that they need to connect with fun activities to remember who they most genuinely are and to recall that life holds as many bags of sugar as lemons.
It's about fully living, not earning one.
All of us once were kids once. We felt more alive because there weren't a whole lot of restrictions on living. Reconnecting to who you were can save you from getting too lost in everything others demand of you right now.
Sure. Make your bed. Get your work done. But take time to free the kid within, too.
